Nataliia Dmytrenko - founder of DACA.agency, Ph.D. in Theory and History of Arts.
Nataliia Dmytrenko is an art historian who has more than 12 years of experience working in the museums and art industries where she applied her research, academic, and art dealing knowledge working with private collections, museums, and galleries.
Having her art agency and consultancy, she provides advices on all services from private collection management, archiving of exhibits and exhibition realization, buying and selling art all over the world, to collaborating with international artists, collectors, and galleries in Europe.
Born into a family of icon painters and architects, Nataliia has been immersed in art and collecting since childhood. Studying the family collection, the choice of her path and profession was naturally obvious to her.
Combining study and work, she began her professional career as a senior researcher at the National Museum. At the same time, she participated in projects that were related to artists and publishing. After receiving a bachelor's degree, she gained experience studying and practicing abroad in Cyprus, where she completed an internship at the main cultural institution of the capital and got acquainted with European standards for the work of an art critic.
Continuing her work in the field of the formation of private and corporate collections, she assists in the evaluation of objects of art, archiving, and cataloging works.
In her practice, she is engaged in supporting cultural projects, and curating exhibitions. Nataliia provides art consulting services for young artists, assisting them in the formation of basic packages of art documents, such as CV, portfolio, and exhibition support.
Having a practice of organizing and curating projects in Europe, she is focused on supporting Ukrainian art, and culture and representing Ukrainian artists at international venues. Honesty in work, transparency of reputation, and trust of clients are the main criteria of her work.
